Anime Hideout — Terms of Service By using this platform you agree to the following: 1. Data we collect • Discord account ID, username, discriminator/global name, avatar, and roles inside the Anime Hideout server. • Messages you send through this site (DMs and group chats), including read timestamps. • Punishments and appeals associated with your account. • AI Rule Assistant questions you submit (used to improve moderator coverage of unanswered questions). 2. How Discord data is used • Strictly for authentication, role-based access, and displaying your profile on the site. • Roles are synced from the Anime Hideout Discord server on each login. 3. Punishment appeals • You may submit one active appeal per punishment. • Moderators who issued a punishment cannot review the appeal for it. • Decisions (Approve / Deny) are final unless escalated through the regular staff chain. 4. Messaging data • Messages are retained for moderation and audit purposes. • Deleted messages remain as a placeholder visible to moderators. 5. Account termination • Accounts may be terminated by an Admin or Owner for severe rule violations. • Termination removes site access; it does not affect your Discord account directly. 6. Changes • These Terms may be updated. You will be required to re-accept on next login when the version changes.
