Server Rules

Offence ladder

Points accumulate per offence type. Punishments scale with attempts.

Article 1 – Community Behavior and Ethics

1. R-1.1[Major] No encouraging rule-breaking

   Encouraging others to break server rules is prohibited.

2. R-1.2[Minor] Appropriate usernames & avatars

   Usernames and avatars must be appropriate and non-offensive.

3. R-1.3[Moderate] No hate speech

   Making or spreading hate speech (even without slurs) is not allowed.

4. R-1.4[Major] No disturbing media

   Highly disturbing photos or videos are not allowed.

5. R-1.5[Moderate] Spam only in spam channel

   Spamming is only permitted in the spam channel; elsewhere, it's prohibited.

6. R-1.6[Extreme] No bypassing punishments

   You cannot bypass mute/ban with an alt account.

7. R-1.7[Major] No using another member's ID after ban

   A banned user can’t use another member’s ID.

8. R-1.8[Extreme] Excessive rejoining

   Excessive rejoining (3 times) results in a ban.

9. R-1.9[Major] No NSFW or sensitive topics

   No NSFW content; avoid sensitive topics like suicide or death.

10. R-1.10[Minor] Bot usage

    No excessive use of bots in chat. Only Lawliet & Yumiko allowed.

11. R-1.11[Minor] English in main chat

    Speak English only in the chat; other languages belong in global chat.

12. R-1.12[Major] No disregard for rules / asking for punishment

    Expressing disregard for rules or asking for punishment is punishable.

13. R-1.13[Moderate] Don’t talk about punished members

    Don’t talk about punished members in chat.

14. R-1.14[Minor] Keep drama outside

    Keep your drama outside the server.

15. R-1.15[Minor] No bypassing banned words

    No excessive bypassing of banned words.

16. R-1.16[Info] Heat limit

    If you don’t break the same rule again for 1 month, your warn will be revoked.

17. R-1.17[Info] Cool-down mute

    In arguments, a quick 5–10 minute mute may be issued to defuse tensions.

18. R-1.18[Minor] No intimidating content

    Don't post highly intimidating stuff or pictures.

Article 2 – Privacy and Personal Information

1. R-2.1[Major/Severe] No doxxing

   Do not share anyone's personal information or photos without their explicit consent.

2. R-2.2[Severe] Never coerce personal info

   Never force someone to provide personal information.

3. R-2.3[Major/Severe] No staff impersonation

   Impersonation of staff is strictly prohibited.

4. R-2.4[Minor/Major] Respect discomfort

   Avoid conversations with someone who shows discomfort or awkwardness.

5. R-2.5[Minor] Keep DM drama separate

   Keep personal DM issues separate from public chat.

6. R-2.6[Extreme] No mental/sexual violence in DMs

   No severe mental or sexual violence in DMs.

7. R-2.7[Severe] No discrimination/racism

   No discrimination or racism, and no abusive words regarding language, country, or religion.

8. R-2.8[Severe] No threats / personal attacks

   Personal attacks or threats, including provocation and excessive cursing, are not tolerated.

9. R-2.9[Minor] Selfie channel is yourself only

   Post only yourself in the selfie channel.

10. R-2.10[Minor] No excessive flirting/simping

    No excessive flirting/simping. Mods can act without explicit consent.

Article 3 – Voice Channel Conduct

1. R-3.1[Extreme] No VC recording

   VC recording is strictly prohibited.

2. R-3.2[Major] No slang in public VC

   Using slang in Public VC is strictly prohibited.

3. R-3.3[Minor] Private VC issues

   Staff are not obligated to solve private VC issues.

4. R-3.4[Severe] No VC mute bypass

   You cannot bypass VC mute with an alt account.

5. R-3.5[Minor] No VC spam

   Do not spam VC channels with unnecessary sounds or music.

6. R-3.6[Major] No voice EQ boost

   Using an equalizer to boost your voice is prohibited.

7. R-3.7[Moderate] Don’t kick from VCs that aren't yours

   Don’t kick members from a VC if it’s not your VC.

8. R-3.8[Major] Watch private content in locked VC

   Watch private stuff in a locked VC.

Article 4 – Intellectual Property and Content

1. R-4.1[Severe] No misinformation

   No sharing of misleading information (jokes exempted).

2. R-4.2[Extreme] No advertising

   Do not advertise social media, content platforms, or any server.

3. R-4.3[Major] No content theft

   Do not share someone else's content by claiming it as your own.

4. R-4.4[Extreme] No scams/hacking

   Scamming content or hacking is prohibited.

Article 5 – Staff Interaction and Responsibilities

1. R-5.1[Major] No sarcasm or insults toward staff

   Don’t use sarcasm about serious matters with staff or insult the entire staff team.

2. R-5.2[Extreme] No leaks of staff/server info

   Don’t leak staff/server confidential information at any time.

3. R-5.3[Moderate] Escalation chain

   Contact mods/admins before the owner. Report mods to admins with evidence — open a ticket or use /report mod. Always escalate mod → admin → owner.

4. R-5.4[Moderate] Keep moderation talk in mod-chat

   Avoid moderation-related chat & questions in main chat. Use mod-chat.

Article 6 – Ticketing System and Reporting

1. R-6.1[Minor] Tickets only for reports/appeals

   Tickets should be made only for reporting and appealing.

2. R-6.2[Major] Follow ticket instructions

   Follow staff instructions to open a ticket; drama outside the ticket is prohibited.

3. R-6.3[Minor] Don't mess up tickets

   Don't make a mess in tickets.

4. R-6.4[Minor] One appeal to admin

   If you disagree with a Ticket Moderator's solution, you can appeal once to an admin.

5. R-6.5[Minor] 30-message ticket cap

   Tickets are limited to 30 messages; exceeding this invalidates the ticket.

6. R-6.6[Severe] No ticket leaks

   Any leaks of ticket content outside will not be tolerated.

7. R-6.7[Major] No false reports

   Do not make deliberately false reports.
